Installation steps
2. Align Panel 57 and Panel 58 with the two ends of Panel 59 and Panel 60 respectively. Insert Part H two-in-one screws from the outer side of the side panels, screw them into the pre-installed Part G nuts and tighten firmly to form the complete stool frame.
3.1. Align Panel 57 and Panel 58 as the left and right side panels of the stool, and fit the inner cross panels into the preset positions between the two side panels.
3.2. Place Part I corner brackets at the joints between the inner cross panels and the side panels, fasten each bracket with Part D small screws to firmly fix all inner panels to the side panels.
3.3. Insert Part M stool foot nails into the reserved holes on the top edge of the two side panels, and press them fully into place for fixation.
4.1. Take the shorter Panel ⑬, insert 4 pieces of Part A bolts into its 4 reserved mounting holes respectively for pre-positioning.
4.2. Take the longer Panel ⑮, insert 4 pieces of Part A bolts into its 4 reserved mounting holes respectively for pre-positioning.
4.3. For later assembly, fit the protruding ends of Part A bolts into the matched embedded eccentric nuts on the mating panels, then rotate and tighten the eccentric nuts with a screwdriver (as shown in the top-right enlarged diagram) to firmly lock the joint between panels.
6.Mount Panel 28 as the drawer front panel, and fix Part E handles onto the panel with Part F handle screws.
7.1. Take Panel ②, press Part O embedded nuts into the 2 reserved holes on the Front side of the panel until they are flush and fixed.
7.2. Flip Panel ② to the Back side, insert Part A bolts into the corresponding holes, and tighten them into the pre-installed Part O nuts to lock firmly.
7.3. Take Panel ④ and Panel ⑤ respectively, press Part M embedded fittings into the reserved holes on the side edge of each panel.
7.4. Align the drawer tracks with the preset mounting positions on the surface of Panel ④ and Panel ⑤, fasten all tracks to the panels with Part A screws.
7.5. Sort out and place Panel ⑧, Panel ⑩ and 3 pieces of Panel ⑫ aside for subsequent assembly.
8.1. Take Panel ④ as the base side panel, align 3 pieces of Panel ⑫ shelves with the inner mounting positions from top to bottom in sequence, and fix them to the side panel one by one.
8.2. Install Panel ⑧ connecting plate at the middle position between the two side panels to connect Panel ④ and Panel ⑤, and reinforce the overall frame structure.
8.3. Align Panel ⑩ bottom plate with the reserved holes at the bottom of the two side panels, and fasten it tightly to complete the assembly of the inner shelf and bottom structure.
8.4. Insert Panel 62 back panel vertically downward along the back grooves of the cabinet, fit it into the back slots of the left and right side panels, and seal the rear side of the cabinet.
10.2. Take Panel ⑥ large base panel, press Part M embedded fittings into the 2 reserved holes on its side edge. Align the drawer tracks with the preset mounting positions on the panel surface, and fasten all tracks securely with Part A screws.
10.3. Repeat the same pretreatment for Panel ⑦: install Part M fittings on the side edge, and fix all drawer tracks on the panel surface with Part A screws.
10.4. Sort out 3 pieces of Panel ⑫, Panel ⑨ and Panel ⑪ connecting plates, place them aside for subsequent assembly steps.
11.2:Mount the 3 pieces of panel ⑫ between the two frames in top-to-bottom order, fasten each shelf with matching fasteners to form layered inner storage racks.
11.3:Install plate ⑨ at the middle joint of the frame to strengthen structural stability, then fix panel ⑪ to the front bottom end of the frame and lock it tightly.
11.4:Insert panel 63 vertically downward along the back slots of the two side frames, embed it into the reserved grooves on panel ⑥ and panel ⑦ to enclose the back of the cabinet unit. |
12.2.Hoist top panel ③, align its reserved mounting holes with the protruding bolts on the top edge of the sub-cabinet frame.
12.3Lower panel ③ steadily to fully fit the bolts into the holes, then lock all connecting joints with supporting fasteners to complete the top installation of the sub-cabinet.
13.2. Assemble the drawer frame: Fix slide-equipped panel 41 and 42 on the left and right sides of panel 43 respectively, lock with matching connectors; install two pieces of panel 40 on the rear of panel 43 to make the rear baffles.
13.3. Attach drawer front panel 39 to the front end of the finished frame, align mounting holes and fasten tightly, to form a complete drawer unit with pre-installed slide structures.
14.2Insert Type A screws into all reserved holes on the Front side in sequence, then fully tighten each screw.
14.3Flip the board to the Back side, mount Type A screws into every reserved hole on this side and tighten them one by one, completing the pre-installation of connecting screws for this board.
15.2Lower the pre-installed top board ① slowly, let all the bolts from the two cabinets fit into the matching holes of the board, ensure the board is evenly attached to the top of both cabinets.
15.3Install D-type accessories at the marked position on board ①, tighten all connecting fasteners to lock the top board firmly with the two cabinets, forming the integrated main frame of the whole furniture.
16.2. Insert Part A bolts into all reserved holes on both Front and Back sides of Panel 44 and Panel 45 respectively, and tighten each bolt fully with a screwdriver following the demonstration in the top-right diagram.
16.3. Install Part A bolts into the reserved holes of Panel 46, Panel 47 and Panel 48 one by one and tighten them, completing the pre-installation of connecting bolts for all panels in this step.
17.2. Align one end of Panel 45 with Panel 48, and align one end of Panel 46 with Panel 50, then lock all butt joints with Type B screws respectively.
17.3. Align the other end of Panel 45 with Panel 49, and align the other end of Panel 46 with Panel 51, tighten all connecting positions with Type B screws one by one to finish the assembly of the complete drawer frame.
18.1. Assemble the middle drawer frame first: mount Panel 48 and Panel 49 between Panel 45 and Panel 46, and lock them tightly to form a rectangular frame; fix Slide rail 50 and Slide rail 51 to the upper and lower preset positions inside the frame respectively.
18.2. Align Panel 47 with the right side of the frame, connect and fix it to Panel 46 with matching rod fittings; then align Panel 44 with the left side of the frame, and lock it to Panel 45 to finish installing both outer side panels.
18.3. Install Shelf 52 and Shelf 53 layer by layer between Panel 46 and Panel 47, align the reserved holes and fasten them with matching screws.
18.4. Install Shelf 54 and Shelf 55 layer by layer between Panel 44 and Panel 45, tighten all connecting points one by one to complete the assembly of the whole storage frame unit.
19.1. Insert Part 56 into the reserved circular opening on Desktop Panel ①, and press it firmly to fix it in place.
19.2. Lift the pre-assembled upper storage cabinet as a whole, align the connecting bolts at the bottom of the cabinet with the reserved mounting holes on Desktop Panel ① one by one.
19.3. Lower the upper cabinet steadily to make all bolts fully fit into the corresponding holes, then tighten the fasteners from the underside of the desktop to firmly connect the upper cabinet with the desktop.
19.4. Check the overall stability of the structure and confirm all connecting points are tightly locked to complete the main assembly of the vanity desk.
20.1. Align Panel 47 with the rear mounting position of the upper cabinet unit, and match all reserved holes accurately.
20.2. Fasten all connecting points from the back side with Type X screws to fix the back panel firmly.
20.3. Guide the built-in power cord through the pre-set wiring hole on the back panel, and arrange the cable properly to prepare for the power supply of the mirror light.
21.1. Align the slide rails on both sides of each drawer unit with the corresponding rail slots inside the cabinet, and push the drawer in horizontally and steadily.
21.2. Install all drawers of the left and right cabinet units into the corresponding slide rails one by one, making sure each drawer is fully engaged with the tracks.
21.3. Push and pull each drawer repeatedly to confirm smooth sliding without jamming or offset, and complete the drawer installation in position.
22.1. At the pre-set hole of each drawer front panel, insert the screw from the inner side of the drawer, align the knob on the outer side and tighten to fix.
22.2. Install knobs for all drawers one by one, and confirm each knob is firmly installed without looseness.
22.3. Check the overall fit between Desktop Panel ① and the cabinet body, confirm all drawers are closed flush, and finish the main appearance assembly of the furniture.
23.1. Align the two C2 slide rails with the upper and lower mounting positions on the back of Mirror Panel 56, and match the pre-set holes.
23.2. Fasten the two slide rails firmly to the back of the mirror panel with Type D screws, ensuring the rails are parallel and aligned.
23.3. Arrange the power cord of the mirror panel along the side of the slide rail, and reserve enough length for wiring connection.
24.1. Align the slide rails on the back of Mirror Panel 56 with the vertical rail slots in the middle of the upper cabinet, and insert the mirror vertically and smoothly.
24.2. Push the mirror panel slowly along the slots to make sure the upper and lower slide rails are fully engaged with the cabinet tracks and slide smoothly.
24.3. Connect the mirror light power cord, test the lighting function works normally, and complete the full installation of the whole vanity desk.
